Why???

The National Day of Repentance has been declared on September 10, 2015 for the state of Oregon . The website is located at https://www.dayofrepentance1.org/event/oregon-day-of-repentance/. There is a belief that preachers will always compete for membership, personal assets, and prestige. This belief further promulgates a divided BODY OF CHRIST. But on August 29th, we saw 10 pastors, 2 ministers, and dancers all on the same program. A Call back to Christ. The weather was fierce, but our determination was steadfast and unmovable. We abounded in the work of the Lord ON ONE ACCORD. We showed up, God met us there, and His spirit prevailed. Why? Because the battle belongs to the Lord!

Why is everybody concerned with the HOW, the WHERE, the WHEN, and the infamous IF? The moment we began to look at our personal lives as a blank canvas stretched into an open position for God, He will show us our purpose. But in every battle, you must acquire a STRATEGY and RESOURCES. Without these two things, you will not stand a chance. The collective power of God in our life is the ONLY chance we have to walk in victory. Proverbs 4:7 proves that wisdom is the principal thing to have in this life. Our victory depends on it.

Prayer for the week: Father, fill me with the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of Your word. Bless me to be a reflection of Your spirit. In Jesus mighty name, Amen!
